It couldn’t have been better if it had been scripted. Luke, who must be the forthcoming best man, gathers everybody together for the pool proposal. Mario is ready. Steph will never be ready for what is to come and Lisa – well Lisa (who surely will be the bridesmaid and possibly never the bride), Lisa is busy brushing that man right out of her teeth. Classic.
Suspicions abound, but Steph went up slightly in my estimation when she managed to keep it together during the bedroom interrogation with whatshername (or is that ‘whoareya’?) and Gary Glitter’s long lost son. Then she went a little higher still when she told Big Brother that the boyfriend bluff was keeping the truth about Lisa and Mario hidden. I think that is far more down to Lisa and Mario’s actions towards each other – or rather their lack of them - than what Steph is doing.
Roll on the wedding!
Better still the wedding night, when BB whisks the happy couple off to the airport and onto the plane for their honeymoon in Barbados, all viewed live in the house – imagine Lisa’s face when that happens!
