So Austin Mitchell, Labour MP for Great Grimsby for 30 odd years, thought the 'drug problem' was exaggerated and had no idea of the extent of it until making this film. If he'd bothered to stay in Grimsby he might have found the same problems there but strangely he was sent to Hull's Orchard Park, where the residents must have thought this is the last of many last straws. What a shame it takes a camera crew and the promise of more air time before this and the other participating MPs bother to show interest in the world around them.
I'm amazed that Austin 'finger on the pulse' Mitchell thought the extent of the drug problem was folklore. Perhaps it was also folklore that led him to take a photo of the Hull tower block as he had heard about people who live in the sky.
